Spookily amazing cocktail perfect for a Halloween hoedown.
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS GIN
2 OZ FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
3.5 OZ GOOD QUALITY INDIAN TONIC
1 OZ CREME DE VIOLET
Method
Mix the first 4 ingredients over plenty of ice in a gin coppa glass. Carefully pour the creme de violet over the back of a spoon so it settles on the bottom of the glass
