Washington Mule
Playing on the delicious spicy notes in 1000 Piers Gin this rift on a Moscow Mule takes things to another level.
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS GIN
1/2 OZ LIME JUICE
1 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
3 OZ GINGER BEER
LIME WHEEL
Method
Fill a copper mug (or highball) with ice. Add the gin, simple and lime juice, top with ginger beer, stir and garnish with the lime wheel.
