Sloe Gin Fizz
A delicious revamp of the classic 70's cocktail made with our wonderful 'Creme de Fruits Noirs' Which is a Sloe gin made with Elderberries and Blueberries
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS
1 OZ LEMON JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
TOP UP WITH SODA WATER
GARNISH WITH LEMON WHEEL
Method
Shake the Creme de Fruits Noirs, Lemon Juice and Simple with ice and pour into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel
