Pomegranate Gin Rickey
A classic highball drink that's been around For-Ev-eR. Updated with a fun fruity twist to make a delicious gin and juice combination.
Ingredients
1.5OZ 1000 PIERS GIN
1OZ POM POMEGANATE JUICE
1OZ LIME JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE (OPTIONAL)
CLUB SODA
GARNISH: ROESEMARY SPRIG
Method
Combine the gin, pomegranate and lime juice in a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda and garnish with the lime wheel.
