Gingerbread Gin Mule
A delicious play on a classic London Mule using Gingerbread syrup to supercharge the wonderful gingery hit and to add some baking spice complexity. This pairs beautifully with the spice in our 1000 Piers Coastal Carolina Gin
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS GIN
1 OZ GINGERBREAD SYRUP
1/2 OZ LIME JUICE
GINGER BEER
CANDIED GINGER FOR GARNISH
Method
Shake gin, gingerbread syrup, and lime juice with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with candied ginger.
