Elderflower Gimlet
A refreshing and simple twist on the classic gimlet, this spring or summer cocktail introduces a hint of Elderflower to the palet.
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
1 OZ LIME JUICE
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, strain into a coupe glass.
