Elderflower Collins
The perfect refreshing cocktail for lazy summer evenings on the pier. The floral notes in 1000 Piers gin perfectly compliment this rift on a classic Tom Collins.
Ingredients
1 1/2 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
1/4 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
1/4 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
TOP WITH SODA WATER
GARNISH: LEMON TWIST
Method
Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with the rosemary.
