Dear Jane
A Negroni variation that' makes a perfect springtime tipple with a little floral undertone. The Dear Jane was created by bartender Zachary Gelnaw Rubin at Attaboy, NYC in 2015. This is one of those stirred drinks which really hits the mark as the weather starts to warm up.
Ingredients
1 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1 OZ CAMPARI
3/4 OZ SWEET VERMOUTH
1/4 OZ ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
Method
Add all ingredients into a rocks glass, fill with ice cubes, stir until chilled. Garnish with a lemon peel.
