CARAMEL APPLE MULE
A delicious autumn/winter twist on a gin mule with apple cider, ginger and caramel. Yummy!
Ingredients
2 Oz Coastal Carolina gin
2 Oz Apple Cider
1/2 Oz Caramel Apple Syrup (Monin make a good one)
1/4 Oz GB Ginger Beer Syrup
Soda Water
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice
Method
Shake all the ingredients bar the soda water with ice and pour into a copper mule cup with lots of ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice
