Blueberry Gimlet
A simple twist on the classic Gimlet using 1000 Piers Blueberry Gin. Brings a lovely elegant blueberry note to this classic gin cocktail
Ingredients
2 1/2 OZ 1000 PIERS BLUEBERRY GIN
1/2 OZ FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
GARNISH: LIME WHEEL
Method
Shake all the ingredients over ice and por into a coupe glass, garnish with the lime wheel
