Love a good whisky sour? Try this super tasty play on the classic using 1000 Piers Barrel rested Gin
Ingredients
2 Oz 1000 Piers Barrel Rested Gin
1 Oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Oz Simple Syrup
Egg White
Garnish with a Lemon Slice
Method
Dy shake all the ingredients and then add ice and then shake again. Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon slice
