Supposedly invented to honor the centuries old football game between the United States Military and Naval Academies. This, bright, nutty mix of gin, lemon juice, and orgeat is a winner.

Ingredients

2 OZ 1000 PIERS GIN

1 OZ FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE

0.75 OZ ORGEAT

2 DASHES ANGOSTORA BITTERS

GRAPEFRUIT TWIST

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist
