The ideal gin cocktail for a cozy winter night, The crisp apple, ginger spice and lemon makes a yummy seasonal cocktail
Ingredients
2 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1 1/2 OZ APPLE CIDER
1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
TOP WITH GINGER BEER
Method
Shake the gin, apple cider, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
