A bramble but just more brambly
Ingredients
3 BLACKBERRIES
1 1/2 OZ BLUEBERRY GIN
1 OZ 1000 PIERS CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS
1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
GARNISH: LEMON WHEEL
Method
Muddle the blackberries in a shaker, add all the other ingredients and shake over ice. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wheel
