Ingredients
1 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1 OZ REDEMPTION RYE
1/2 OZ FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
GINGER BEER
Method
Shake all the ingredients bar the ginger beer over ice, pour into a rocks glass with ice and top up with ginger beer
