A delicious rift on the classic Manhattan using 1000 Piers Barrel Rested gin
Ingredients
2oz 1000 Piers Barrel Rested Gin
3/4oz 1000 Piers Sloe gin
3 dashes of orange bitters
Garnish with a cherry
Method
Stir all the ingredients bar the cherry with ice and pour into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a cherry.
