The Currin
Named in honor of our wonderful opera singing bartender The Currin is a delicious mash up of gin, black fruits, citrus, tarragon and mint.
Ingredients
1 OZ 1000 PIERS COASTAL CAROLINA GIN
1 OZ 1000 PIERS CREME DE FRUITS NOIRS
1.5 OZ LEMON JUICE
3/4 OZ HONEY
1 OZ TARRAGON INFUSION
1. 5 OZ CLUB SODA
GARNISH WITH A MINT SPRIG AND LEMON TWIST
For the infusion: 1/2cup 1000 Piers Gin, 1/4 cup dried tarragon, 15-20 mint leaves. Infuse for 24 hours.
Method
Shake all the ingredients and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist
