Smoke on the Water G&T
A delicious refreshing mash up showcasing the tartness of our 1000 Piers Winter Tide Gin and Aperol with smokey Mezcal. This unusual cocktail is 100% delicious!
Ingredients
1 Oz Winter Tide gin
1/2 Oz Mezcal
1/2 Oz Aperol
1/2 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Oz Simple Syrup
Top up with Tonic Water
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
Method
Shake all the ingredients bar the tonic water with ice. Pour into a double rocks glass with lots of ice and top up with a good quality tonic water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
